Weekly Workouts- 4/24-4/30

Another week of workouts!  I can’t believe that April is already over, I swear time has been flying recently.  It’s weird because the days go slow but the weeks go fast. Anyways on to this week’s workouts. Monday- Vinyasa Yoga I got a package of yoga classes recently in the hopes of opening up my hips since after last race I had some angry hip flexors.  This class was different than the last but just as great and I really like the teacher.  I also like this a lot better than hot yoga which is just too much for my body.   Tuesday- Rest Day Ice cream and catching up with a friend won today. Weekly Workouts: 4/17-4/23

Hello, hello! Is it just me or are you also feeling super inspired after seeing everyone’s amazing performances at Boston and reading all of their recaps? It’s definitely lit a fire in me in terms of both athletic goals this year and also getting this blog up and moving again! It’s been a busy couple of months for me (I’ll share more soon!) but things are finally calming down. Every Sunday I am going to write a quick little post about my workouts so all of you can follow along with my journey and I’ll have an easy way to look back on it all! I have my eye on the Plattsburgh Half Marathon on May 7th (speaking of, I should probably sign up for that) and then will switch my focus to triathlon for IMLP 70.3 in September then back to running for NYC Marathon in November.
